Below is our builder’s clean check list, we also listen to the builder’s special request.

• Remove building waste & material from inside house.
• Sweep, scrape garage floor.
• Remove protective tape off Frames & Plastic of Windows.
• Clean all windows inside & outside including window tracks & sills.
• Sweep, scrape & vacuum all exposed concrete slab inside house
• Vacuum & clean all internal kitchen cupboards & draws
• Clean & polish kitchen stone bench tops, sink & tap ware
• Clean all internal mirrored robes in bedroom including tracks
• Clean all robe shelves & internal doors
• Clean bathroom shower wall, shower screen & shower base
• Clean & polish bath tub, bath hob tiles and tap ware
• Clean bathroom mirror, bench top and sink & vanity cupboards
• Clean bathroom tiled skirtings
• Clean master ensuite shower wall, shower screen & shower base
• Clean ensuite mirror, bench top, sink & vanity cupboards
• Clean ensuite tiled skirtings
• Clean & polish laundry trough, tiled skirtings, clean all toilets and tiled skirtings.
• Vacuum all timber/skirtings and wipe and clean any excess grout.
• Clean all electrical fixtures
• Clean, scrape & sweep front portico and verandas.
• Vacuum all carpets & tiled floors
• Mop with deodorant detergent all tiled Floors
